Job Description	Key Accountibilities and Responsibilities: Technology:Utilizes various systems and equipment for management and protocol system testing. Maintains awareness of scripting languages, operating systems, protocols, and technologies. Utilizes desktop tools for the development of test plans, procedures, reports, presentations, and other required documentation. People:Interacts with customers and other engineering and technical support staff to ensure effective resolution of problems. Presentstest results to individuals and groups. May guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel. May coordinate project teams for new processes and programs and follow through on implementation. May act as liaison with outside suppliers in establishing or modifying specifications for purchased items. Customer:Consults with clients on systems and determines testing requirements. Learns about customer domain to ensure the system meets client needs. Business:Develops and maintains internal quality control and reliability programs. Reviews literature, patents, and current practices to support business requirements and/or new industry technology. Understands the system development life cycle and the type of testing applicable to each development phase. Financial:Ensures cost-effective and efficient testing of system requirements. May ensure cost-effective and efficient resolution of network systems operational matters of significance. May review cost analyses and vendor product comparisons to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations. May recommend significant product investment(s) to management.
Desired Profile	• 3 years of experience in Software testing • Experience in Selenium Testing • Excellent communication capabilities and interpersonal skills. • Excellent in Testing process and methodologies • Handson experience with Selenium and automation • Good at Unix commands • Experience in SQL on any major database • Scripting/development experience a plus
