Roles and Responsibilities: GIS , J2ME , RFID , WinMobile Systems
Skill & Job Requirements: GIS(L3)-Development Tools- Provides details of about various tools like Design , StaticAnalyzer , Unit TestingApplication Designing & Implementation using genericarchitecture Hands on at least one type of GIS tool like ESRI ArcObject , MapInfo , GE Small world etc. Good Understanding of GIS standards OpenLS / MLP Goodunderstanding of GML / KML J2ME(L3)-Technical Lead: Should be able to design , develop , debug programsindependently and mentor others in a J2ME project. Should have knowledge in thefollowing areas 1) technologies / protocols like SMS / WAP / GSM Call 2)GPS / Control / Roaming. 3) LBS / PIM / SyncML. 4) SIP , RTP , RTCP. Experience on SQLwith JDBC and APIs. Experience to organize and set up the GUI generation.Experience on event handling and able to debug / review the code developed byjunior level resources. Experience on development , support , maintenance andimplementation of complex components of a project module. Exposure on N-tier e-Business applications using J2ME , J2EE , HTML , JavaScript and Oracle. Exposureon application servers and web servers like Apache , Web Logic , WebSphere.Exposure on applications across several mobile devices and carriers Exposure onkey events , commands , resource files , image types. RFID(L3)-Apart from proficiency level 2 , the following are required for thisproficiency: 1. Should be able to understand the impact of dependenttechnolgies and incorporate it in design - Should understand security solutions(in RFID context) , backend systems , domain flows 2.Should be able to identifytechnology / functionalon-functional dependencies in an RFID implementation andplan fro the same 3. Should contribute to technology forums - participate inaRFIDast one seminar in speaker slot WinMobile Systems(L3)-Expert level system programming knowledge in WinCE in BSP internals , devicedriver internals and board bring-up. Advanced Tools expertise flash programmingtools , JTAG debuggers , etc Complex device driver / BSP development in complexdevice driver development using ISR , etc , BSP changes / certification , boot loaderdevelopment / changes
